Item Return Policy
We honor a 10 day return policy from purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and merchandise must be in 100% good resellable condition,IF NOT A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Items damage by shipping company will be processed with a damage claim. A 5% restocking fee will be accessed on all returns. All sales are final for Giclees Serigraphs, Originals and limited editions.Please call our gallery to discuss any matters before sending returns 404-444-4564.
We cannot accept orders back unless they are in their original packaging once shipped.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within three (3) to (7) business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the designated amount of days.
